There are a ton of mutations and these serve as a “build” for your character. If you do this, you will be greatly rewarded with a new mutation. You start a level and the idea is that you want to kill all of the enemies and make your way to the end.

However, there are different “stages” that have a theme and these themes do give you a little idea of some of the enemies and pitfalls that you can expect. The levels are randomly generated so you never know what is coming your way. The gameplay on offer here could not be any more intense.
